Ongoing evaluation

In every project, there isa need for securing, systematising and documenting the process. This secures the learning process as well as the possibilities to reach relevant objectives. European Minds sees ongoing evaluation as a learning process taking the form of a series of evaluation exercises. Its main purpose is to follow the implementation and delivery of an Operational Programme or project in order to better understand and analyse outputs and results achieved and progress towards longer-term impacts, as well as to recommend, if necessary, remedial actions.

Within the framework of the evaluation model of European Minds, the experienced staff continuously develops methods and tools for project follow-up, development support, and efficient evaluation methods. European Minds is a part of both national and transnational networks of evaluators, providing us with added value in the field of evaluation and development.
