Tommie Helgee

Tommie Helgee, CEO and co-owner of European Minds, is an experienced evaluator and process manager who has had several different strategic assignments, both regional, national and transnational. Tommie is educated in Gender and Political Science and Sociology at Luleå, Umeå and Karlstad University, and has worked at European Minds since 2006. Tommie has very good knowledge of all parts of a project, from idea to project planning and implementation. He is appreciated as a moderator, with a heart that claps extra for projects that lift creative industries and social aspects.

Annelie Danielsson

Anneli Danielsson, chairman of the board and one of the company's two partners, has over 20 years of experience in organizational development and EU projects. She has worked with process support, administrative support, project development, evaluation and training, which has given her broad knowledge of various industries and types of projects. In recent years, she has mainly worked with formative (learning) evaluations and analyses, but also some investigations, project reviews, summative evaluations and impact analyses. Anneli has a degree from the Tourism Studies program, Mittuniversitetet, and has a degree in economics (Ph.D.). She often leads our larger, more complex assignments, preferably those where the benefits of the efforts accrue to business.

Göran Sjöberg co-founded European Minds in the mid-90s, and has held several leading roles within the company. Today, he mainly works as a special advisor in a wide variety of assignments. Göran has nearly 30 years of experience as a consultant in a large number of regional, national and transnational projects and operations, coordination assignments and evaluation efforts. As a trained sociologist with expertise in the subject areas of the labor market, social policy, regional growth policy and education issues, Göran has extensive experience as an expert hired by the European Commission and by national program authorities in Sweden, Poland and Germany, in e.g. a questions about mobility and intercultural learning. Göran is a valued moderator, process manager, dialogue partner and trainer. He is a little extra passionate about youth projects and projects with transnational components, where his experiences and contacts come in handy.

Susanne Marklund

Susanne Marklund is a trained national economist with over 20 years of practical experience in project development, project management, project administration, international cooperation and investigative work. In recent years, Susanne has primarily had assignments that involved support for project management, through controller function, project economist and/or project administrator, with a focus on establishing systems and routines in the project. Susanne has almost daily contacts with responsible authorities and dialogues about interpretations and regulations. Susanne has the ability to clarify the project's path forward, towards set goals. Her driving force is projects that make an important, real and measurable difference.

Lena Stenvall

Lena Stenvall, senior consultant and trainer, has extensive experience in meeting and calming stressed minds. When you are faced with tough conversations at work, sick leave or mental illness in the workplace, it can feel like a relief to get help from someone with long experience. Lena has it. For 25 years she worked as a therapist at the psychiatric clinic in Skellefteå and between 2013-2022 she worked as a project manager regarding mental health linked to working life. She has trained more than 2,000 people with HR responsibilities. Lena is often hired by companies and organizations to increase their knowledge of, among other things, mental health/illness, consequences of violence, compassion and recovery. It is not about giving or receiving inspiration, but about them wanting to be able to offer safe workplaces, ensure access to concrete tools and build their ability to handle the issues. Where there is a desire for change, there is Lena.
