Tommie Helgee, CEO and co-owner of European Minds, is an experienced evaluator and process manager who has had several different strategic assignments, both regional, national and transnational. Tommie is educated in Gender and Political Science and Sociology at Luleå, Umeå and Karlstad Universities, and has worked at European Minds since 2006. Tommie has very good knowledge of all parts of a project, from idea to project planning and implementation. He is appreciated as a moderator, with a heart that beats extra for projects that raise creative industries and social aspects.
Tommie Helgée
Göran Sjöberg co-founded European Minds in the 1990s and has held several leading roles. Today he works primarily as a special advisor in a variety of assignments. With nearly 30 years of experience in regional, national and transnational projects, coordination and evaluation, he is an expert in the labor market, social policy, regional growth and education. Göran has experience as an EU expert and is a valued moderator, process leader and trainer. He is particularly passionate about youth projects and projects with an international connection.
Goran Sjöberg
Lena Stenvall, senior consultant and trainer. After 25 years of experience as a therapist at the psychiatric clinic in Skellefteå, and then 10 years as a project manager in working life and mental health, Lena can offer both advice and concrete tools to organizations that want to develop more evidence-based working methods. Lena is often hired by companies and organizations to increase their knowledge about, among other things, mental health/illness, the consequences of violence, compassion and recovery. Where there is a will to change, there is Lena.
Lena Stenvall
Anneli Danielsson, Chairman of the Board and Co-owner, has over 20 years of experience in organizational development and EU projects. She has worked with process support, project development, evaluation and training, which has given her broad knowledge of different industries and projects. In recent years, she has focused on formative evaluations and analyses, but has also done summative evaluations, impact analyses and project reviews. Anneli has a degree in Tourism Science and Civil Economics (Bachelor of Science) and often leads larger, complex assignments with a special focus on the benefit to the business community.
Anneli Danielsson
Susanne Marklund is a national economist with over 20 years of experience in project development, project management, administration, international cooperation and investigative work. In recent years, she has primarily supported projects as a controller, project economist or administrator, where her ability to clarify the projects' path forward is particularly appreciated. She has almost daily contacts with responsible authorities. Her driving force is projects that make a real and measurable difference.
Susanne Marklund
Kimberly Bennet, Junior Consultant and manages the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, where she supports entrepreneurs and host organisations throughout their exchange period. She is a trained HR specialist with a degree in International Business Management and experience in skills development, recruitment and organisational processes. With her experience from both international companies and start-up environments, she is passionate about people-centred processes and supporting leaders in building engaging and sustainable work cultures.
